Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Hospifi accounts and connected Meta integrations, including Facebook, Instagram, and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

To request deletion, email privacy@hospifi.io with enough information for us to identify the relevant account or integration, such as your Hospifi workspace, venue, business name, connected Page or Instagram account, or connected WhatsApp Business Account or phone number.

If you are an end user who messaged a business through Hospifi, please contact that business first. Hospifi generally processes messaging data on behalf of the connected business customer and may need to coordinate the request with them.

If you connected Hospifi through Meta, you may also remove the app or integration through your Meta settings. If we receive a signed data deletion request from Meta, we will process it and respond in accordance with applicable law and our platform obligations.

For WhatsApp Business app coexistence connections, businesses may also be able to disconnect Cloud API access from the WhatsApp Business app where Meta provides that option. Disconnecting an integration stops future collection through that integration, but we may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, or platform-compliance reasons.
